Kevin Gibson has interests in a number of technology companies including Hanzo Archives, a leading web archiving company, and Jiva Technology, who are working to take education online with initiatives like Tutorhub, the homework help community. He was previously vice president of European Operations for Ariba Inc, a leading provider of intranet- and Internet-based business-to-business electronic commerce solutions. Prior to Ariba, Kevin spent over seven years with SAP, the giant European ERP software group. He is a significant shareholder in Ebooks Corporation.
Stephen Cole is the Managing Director of Ebooks Corporation. He has been involved in the book industry for most of his working life, and is a leading player in the ebook industry. He has a degree in philosophy from the University of Western Australia.Stephen founded eBooks.com in January 1997, the concept for the business growing out of his twin passions for books and the Internet as a medium for the dissemination of ideas. His background is in bookselling having, with his wife Trudy, founded The Lane Bookshop in 1980, which grew over fourteen years to become Western Australia's most successful independent bookstore.
Trudy Cole is Managing Editor of eBooks.com and has been involved with the company since its inception. Ms Cole has postgraduate qualifications in education, finance and investment. She is a Fellow of the Financial Services Institute of Australia and has over 30 years' experience in the book industry.
